5 Stars fun for our first lego set
Our five-year-old kept asking for a Star Wars or Indianan Jones lego set for Christmas; we weren’t going to get him one because he’s five and they’re ususally for 7 and up or 8 or 9. We chose this one because it’s cheap and for 7 and up. He’s really enjoyed it. He needs help putting it together all the way, but he enjoys just playing with the characters and their accessories.

3 Stars Fun but..
Fun to build, but the thing with all these legos is that once built, what do you do with them? My son is 5 and so, well..it will get dropped and pieces will get dumped into the lego bucket..

3 Stars LEGO Indiana Jones Chauchilla Cemetery Battle
My 8 year old just loves LEGOS he can’t get enough of them! Once the set is put together, the pieces sometimes come undone and won’t stay in place.

5 Stars Great set for Building and Playing with!
Great set with a couple of things to build and a lot of role-play fun to be had after it is built! Highly recommended especially at the original MSRP.

4 Stars Great medium-sized Lego set
My son got this set for Christmas and, while it was only assembled very briefly, he really likes it. It includes Indy with his whip and hat as well as Mutt, which he was very excited about. Assembled, the set has a pretty neat “secret door” that is pretty fun.

4 Stars 8994 Rocks!
My daughter received this from Santa, and she immediately pulled everything out to put together. This toy is wicked looking, and my daughter actually screamed in excitement first when she opened the gift and then when she pieced it together. She has been showing everyone the toy, and she absolutely loved playing with it. She even turned a red Barbie dress into a toy sack with string and made him Bioniclaus. lol

This toy is a bit expensive, but you get the guy, cart, and dog to pull it. (I’m not sure what they’re called.) Judging by how much she plays with her other Legos and Bionicles, this should provide hours and hours of fun over a long period of time. This is definitely one cool toy, and I’m very glad she’s so happy with it.

5 Stars A police officer chasing the bad guy; works for me!
I picked this set up because it was cheap and it had some cool figures. This set comes with one Space Police officer with a very detailed printed torso and legs. The Officer also has a cool double sided head with one side being a happy/confident face and the other being an absolutely terrified face. He also has a black helmet and visor. In addition to the officer this set comes with one awesome Squidman figure which has a hard plastic head and a very detailed printed torso. He also has a red cape and a green one hundred dollar bill. The Raptor (the officer’s vehicle) was a simple build but in the end it looked very sleek and fast. Here are the basics of the set:

5 Stars Legos Space Police is Awesome!
I loved this set, but I get mad when it falls apart! I wish the part stayed on better, but it’s way cool! I can’t wait for another set!

Be carefull when ordering any LEGO items. I ordered 2 this past Christmas and when they arrived separately they were damaged during the shipping process. Was a waste of my money.

3 Stars Nice Small Set, Perfect Starter
Bought this about a week ago, it’s a pretty nice Space Police set remaniscent of the older ones from the ’80s and ’90s (which some of the new Space Police sets are).

The small hovercycle is an easy build with few, easy to place stickers. It has a couple features that are below-basic, but has a lot of potential for imaginative play.

The police officer is nice looking with silver painted glasses (if he looks familiar, it’s because he uses the same head from a minifig in the Agents theme) and even has a two-sided head showing either a confident or frightened face. The wanted criminal, Squidman is also nice looking (for a bug-eyed alien). He even has a nice red cape. The only other accessory is a one-hundred dollar bill.

For about $6 (the one shown here may be overpriced, I’d suggest trying your local stores first) this is a nice starter for getting into the new Space Police theme or as a small gift for a LEGO lover you know.

3 Stars Expensive for what you get
My son saved his money and recently bought this item. We were a little disappointed in the size. It seems small for the price, especially compared to the Lego City Police Station which he received for Christmas. The fire station also does not seem to want to hold together. He has had to rebuild it several times during play because pieces fell off. He has not had this problem with the police station. He has enjoyed playing with it, but I believe the money could be better spent on another Lego City item.

5 Stars An instant hit in this house
This little bus was in instant hit with my 2 1\2 year old.

I think the best feature is that the bus is all one piece, no worries for it falling apart while playing.

It is easy for little hands to get the people in and out of the bus on their own.

the little suitcases that open are VERY cute and love how they stow under the bus!!

5 Stars Quality toy and fun!
My 2yr old son recieved this bus almost a year ago and still plays with it regularly. The open top allows for other non-Lego figures to go inside if a child desires. The two flap doors are fun to open and hide little toys inside besides the luggage. Both doors have been taken completely off many times and they have always popped right back in. The two figures that come with it are detailed and well made. Lego is a bit pricey but in this case the money really is buying quality…so maybe the price is right.

5 Stars Great For A Firetruck-loving Toddler!
I got this for my son for Christmas. Like all Duplo and Lego products, it lived up to its seal of quality. My son had fun putting the truck together in many different ways and I had fun making my own surreal creations with him, along with the other Duplo pieces in our possession.

There is a fire siren that can be placed on top of the fire truck. Unlike some kids toys, it is very quiet and not piercingly annoying. This makes it a plus for me.

5 Stars A great school bus
Each day my toddler watches the children going to school on the school bus. This is a great toy to help him learn about the things that are going on around him. Very durable so far.

4 Stars Another hit with my son
My 3.5 yr old received this as a gift for Christmas. He loves it. He loves to put the luggage in the storage area. I like that it comes with a chair and 3 figures. He can not open the luggage on his own, but I’m sure he’ll get it eventually. He only other complaint is that it doesn’t make a sound. We also have the Tanker Truck and he really likes that it makes the sound of gas flowing.

Be sure to compare prices with [...] before buying. I always keep an eye on the price and only buy when the price is comparable.

4 Stars Pretty basic
Not much to say about a base plate. These are good for what they’re meant for. My kids wish they would stack on top of other Legos, though, so they could be used as ceilings as well as floors. Oh well, they’re still versatile and allow Lego creations to be portable and stable, which is the point. Worth the purchase price.

Certainly makes playing with Legos on carpet a lot easier! Wish I’d had these at age 5!

I bought two of these packages and made a lego table for my nephews, they play with it all the time. it is amazing how much creativity it inspires in kids, green becomes a lawn or a park, blue the ocean or a lake, and grey for an airport, buildings, roads. The best thing is when used with a table as I did, it is t perfect child height. Large LEGO Base plates
