		<description>We own the Spinner game and are in conflict with friends over the proper way to play.  Our understanding is that a "double spinner" can only be played as a double and the next three players must play on that double - their argument is that they can use a double spinner as a regular dominoe - so if someone puts out a 7 and they have the double spinner, they can use it on that 7. another scenario is if a player has the double spinner and puts it out on a 7, thereby designating it a double 7 and they have the double 7, they're stating that they can use that double 7 to play on the double spinner -- can you please clarify the rules.
