5 Stars A really fun game
This killer bunny deck was a great add on. Me and my brother play this game so much and we destory each other and get real competive with each other. It really also brings families together for good fun, instead of Tv watching. I recondmend buying whole set one by one. You will have hours of fun without leaving your home.
5 Stars Pawns!
Welcome the addition of pawns!
Just as with all the other previous booster decks of the Killer Bunnies QftMC game, we arrive to the Orange set. It adds yet another set of great cards both useful and amusing. But probably the most exciting are the pawn pieces, which you yourself can find out just how awesome they are after reading the included instructions (called “Bunny Bits”). Pawns are so welcome to this game, that future expansion sets include more, different colored ones.
I rated the educational value as a 3/5 because, though this is a simple card game that virtually anyone with little to knowledge (not trying to be crass) can play, so long as the rules are explained well enough, many of the cards contain tons of literary and cultural references that’ll make people think “Hmm… I wonder what this reference is.” Hopefully, then, it’ll have players look up the reference…and learn something new!
Though the quality of the cards has declined over the years, they are still durable.
All in all, if you want to complete the QftMC set, you have to buy this booster, just as with the other boosters. The entire sets were made at once, but separated into respective booster decks to eliminate confusion for beginners and ameliorate its replay value.
N.B.: It’s best–if not necessary–to buy individual decks in order (check the website for the correct order) and to have at least one game with friends that’ll utilize each deck before buying the next to fully appreciate Killer Bunnies. Otherwise, you’ll have too many cards and pieces and will be frustrated at having to learn so many instructions at once.
4 Stars Killer Bunnies
A bit overwhelming with the rules at first - but if you have the stamina and patience to learn the game it’s a blast to play! Easy to pick up, you just need one person who understands the rules. Expansion sets need to be purchased in order. Great card game for adolescents or college students. Not sure that this would be a hit with an over 50 crowd unless you were playing with grandkids.
5 Stars Game we always love to play
If you don’t have any of the other games, the killer bunnie games are rather black humor games about collecting bunnies to get carrots to win the game…but the bunnies run into all sorts of problems like nuclear warheads, or F-18 Hornet and smaller things like a kitchen whisk or a chain saw. It is all in good fun, there are also cards to protect your bunnies or help reduce the damage that can be done to them. It is always fun to see the new cards when you add to your orginal deck.
