Pokeno offers the thrill of Poker and the suspense of Keno. Contains 12 Original Bicycle Jumbo Index Pokeno (or Po-ke-no) Game Boards and 200 Pokeno Chips. Rules are included. Each player is given a game card–a 10-by-7-inch board with 25 face-up playing card illustrations on each–and some red plastic chips. The dealer shuffles an ordinary deck of playing cards (not included) and turns the top card over, calling it out. Each player who has that “card” on her or his board covers it with a chip. The first person to cover a complete row of five, vertically or horizontally, wins, and collects all chips on other players’ boards or receives a reward based on the poker value of her or his hand (chart with rank of poker hands included). 5 Stars Make your own POKENO group!!!
This is a ‘no brainer’ game that is very easy, up to 12 people can play. Some games don’t lend themselves to carrying on conversations, but this one does! You can talk and play without missing a beat! A monthly Pokeno night is a great way to stay in touch with girlfriends you may not see on a regular basis. Food, drinks, and prizes are a bonus we throw in!

I love Pokeno and like many others have been looking for it for a long time. It finally came today. I can’t wait to play Christmas day. The extended family gathers almost every weekend to play tonk but the younger kids could never join in. Also, we had to rotate because most did not like more than 5 players at one time. Now there is something everyone will be able to play…at the same time! I need to get my pennies ready…

What you may not know about this game is that you can alter it to be what you need it to be. It can be “fun-profitable”, or it can be a good addition to moderate “Casino Night” in your game room. When you play with pennies, it’s fun for kids…..when the ante is NICKELS, DIMES, and QUARTERS, it’s full on competition! LOVE IT!!

This product was just what I was looking for! I played this game in the 60’s and 70’s. It’s good family fun and now helps my son with matching numbers and colors. The game is great. I thought the shipping was excessive but I’m still happy with the product.

Played this game for my first time at my brother’s house. This was my sister-in-law’s mother’s game that she played with her family. There were nine of us. We all had fun. I thought my grandkids would enjoy playing this so I had to get it. Could not find it locally so of course I went online. Thank you Amazon.com!
As soon as I got it I played it with my three grandchildren, ages 7, 9 and 11. They love it! We play it like my sister-in-law played it: six plastic cups marked Center, Diagonal, Vertical, Four Corners, Horizontal and Black Out.
